Up the nose

Things have been relatively uneventful.  It has been nice.  BUT...  just now Anna came in to me and was saying something about her nose.  She kept pointing into one of her nostrils. I tried to see in it but I couldn't see anything.  So I decided to have her blow, but nothing came out.  So I figured she just had some snot in her nose.  As she left the room I hears something hit the floor and she proclaimed "I dropped it" She then picked it up and presented to me a .... rock!  We then had a small discussion about not putting things in her nose!
